Following its introduction in '51, the P-Bass went on to dramatically influence the way we play and hear music, impacting every genre in every decade since. The '62 Precision pays tribute to this landmark instrument as it starts its second decade. It features accurate detailing in electronics and hardware from the split single-coil pickups to the vintage tuning machines. Finished in nitrocellulose lacquer. Includes Fender deluxe hardshell case, vintage cable, and leather strap.

Created with obsessive attention to detail, it features a 2-piece premium ash body, C-shaped maple neck, round laminate Madagascar rosewood 9.5"-radius fretboard, and 2 Vintage '63 Tele Single-Coil Pickups (Modern Wiring Circuit), plus top hat switch tip, and authentic 1967 decal. Original vintage style Tele bridge with 3 threaded steel saddles and ash tray bridge cover plus Fender/Schaller vintage F-style tuning machines.
