This Fender Closet Classic 1967 Telecaster is built as if it were bought new in 1967 and played a few times a year and then put carefully away. It has a few small dings, checked finish, oxidized hardware, and aged plastic parts. Created with obsessive attention to detail, it features a 2-piece premium ash body, C-shaped maple neck, round laminate Madagascar rosewood 9.5"-radius fretboard, and 2 Vintage '63 Tele Single-Coil Pickups (Modern Wiring Circuit), plus top hat switch tip, and authentic 1967 decal. Original vintage style Tele bridge with 3 threaded steel saddles and ash tray bridge cover plus Fender/Schaller vintage F-style tuning machines. Nickel/chrome hardware, 3-ply parchment pickguard, and gorgeous Firemist Silver nitrocellulose lacquer finish

The Fender Deluxe P Bass Special 4-String Bass has a Jazz neck, a P Bass body, and a P/J combination pickup array with Vintage Noiseless pickups and active electronics. The P body is a little smaller and lighter, the J neck slimmer and faster, and the combined pickups give you just that much more to play with. A gold-anodized pickguard sets it apart visually and its satin-finish neck feels worn in from the get-go.

It starts as an American Deluxe with its modern C-shaped neck, 2-point synchronized tremolo, and a 2-color sunburst finish. Then it adds gold hardware, 3 new Samarium Cobalt Noiseless pickups, and the Fender S-1 switching system. Final touches are a 50th Anniversary logo on the pickguard and engraved into the neck plate.
