Guild 1978 catalogue. page 10. Details of the Guild B-301 and Guild B-302 longscale bass guitars. The difference is the extra pickup on the B-302. Like the guitar equivalent, the Guild S-300A, both models were available (as B-301A, B-302A) in natural ash with maple necks. Fretless models were available at no extra cost, and the B-302 was available wired for stereo.
