Vox Super Lynx electric guitar
The Super Lynx was an Italian-built Vox, manufactured initially by Crucianelli and then at the E.M.E Vox plant in Recanati. It was a typical Gibson ES335/Hofner Verithin style guitar, that was all the rage in the mid 1960s, and along with the Super Lynx Deluxe (a Super Lynx with a vibrato) it sold comparitively well. The following description comes from the 1966 Vox catalogue
Neck with double T-bar reinforcement; adjustable steel truss rod; hand-bound throughout; 2 volume and 2 tone controls; adjustable master bridge channel; individual string bridges; sunburst polyester finish |
